From Dubuque, had front drivers side smoke burning smell. Could not drive my truck. Called and 20 minutes later on a flat bed tow back to Dubuque. Top notch service with a plus in customer service. A company and owner who cares and goes out there way for their customers! Awesome job THANK YOU!

This weekend with all the snow my daughter got her car stuck in the driveway. When they came to tow it there was a tiny glitch that bent something. I can't remember what it is called anyway...the tow company took 100% responsibility on the spot. While she was driving away the tow driver called her to ask her to pull over. He could have blown it off but he did not. This company towed her car, ordered the part and fixed it for free in 2 days. Thank you so much to ALWAYS TOWING AND RECOVERY. More businesses should have this same level of integrity.
Needed lockout service & they had someone come to me in about an hour and took him all of 5 minutes to get it unlocked & he was on his way, amazing & quick service!!

Great company and service!! Rented a U-Haul truck drove a few miles and wouldn’t start. Always Towing and Recovery showed up quickly and got us back on the road!! Ted was great! Will definitely use them again with road side issues!
Ted showed up 20 minutes after we called (on the 4th of July, no less), and had our tire changed in under 15 minutes. Wonderful service. Recommend them to anyone wanting fast, professional service.

Front ball joint gave way!! leavening us stuck broke down in the middle of the roadway unable to move the car and three little ones (kids) wondering why we’re not going and the light has turned green!! thankfully they showed up within 10 minutes maybe 15 minutes max got us outta of the middle of the road and recommended a repair shop then gave me and my kids a ride home couldn’t of asked for a better experience very professional super fast I would highly recommend when in need of any roadside assistance by far the best tow truck service I’ve everexperienced yet thanks again Matt !!

Great communication and helpful. I was working and it was hard to get away to answer my phone or questions. Was able to text and came out to a fixed tire. Nothing better than coming to work with a flat almost and leave with a fixed car and didn't miss any work! Thanks 😊
